OK, I am back...

After a crazy week, I am finally catching up on my blogging. Thank you so much for all of your kind words and prayers. My father in law is still at the Cleveland Clinic, however, he is doing much better. He is still under going tests and trying to get his blood levels up before he can go home. Please keep him in your prayers, although he is out of the woods, he still has a long road ahead of him.
Work has actually not been as hectic this week. Since it is considered a five week accounting month at my company, us accountants have had an extra week this month to get our work done. It has been kind of nice!!! I have been using the extra time to research home listings on the internet. We have decided to consider other options as far as a new home goes. We are now leaning towards not building. After a lot of discussion, we are thinking of purchasing something that is a few years old that already has things like a deck, landscaping, and other things that would all be extras with new home construction. We are not ruling out the building option completely, but considering other options as well. So needless to say, I have been getting wrapped up in some house hunting! Unfortunately, we will not be thinking of purchasing until Summer of 2007, but I am trying to get to know every neighborhood around here. We live in what is considered the "East side" of Cleveland. I always grew up on the "West Side", so honestly, I have no clue what is outside a square mile of our home right now. My husband grew up on this side of town and we work only 15 minutes away, so it seems to make sense to stay in this area. He bought our current home five years ago, we are hoping to fix it up a little more over the winter and sell it this summer. I have a lot of wallpaper to rip down until then!!!!
Things have been going well so far this month as far as TTC. I got my smiley face earlier this week (positive OPK) so we have been sticking to the every other day thing. I am impressed that we are still on track after visiting the hospital every night since last Thursday. I try hard not to think about it and try not get ahead of myself by reading too much about pregnancy and babies. I guess I just don't want to jinx it. I was like that when we were dating too, I would never pick up a wedding magazine in fear of getting ahead of myself!! The sooner the better though would be nice!!! :)
