A Cyber Visit with The Twins

Monday, June 14, 2010

We had dinner at my parents house tonight to visit with my brother Jason. He was back in Cleveland on business and had to leave his beautiful twins back at home in Arkansas. Even though the twins and my sister in law could not be with us, we were still able to "visit" with them via Skype. This was the first time meeting the twins. Let me just say how tiny they are! I am so sad to think that I can barely recall Jillian at this age and it was only six months ago. It truly is amazing how quickly babies can change. I am trying to cherish every moment knowing in another six months it will be hard for me to even imagine her at the size she is now.

Here is my whole family sitting around the laptop trying to catch a glimpse of the twins. What a blast we had watching them.

Here is Jillian sitting in my lap trying to get a glimpse of her new cousins. She was so good just sitting there intently watching them on the screen. It was so cute. I can't wait for her to meet them in person when we head to Arkansas some time this Summer for a visit!

My sister's daughter Nicole checking out cousin Jillian!

I also took a few videos of our cyber visit. Such tiny little angels!!!

This was my first experience with Skype and I loved it. I can't wait to do it again!

  1. Isn't Skype amazing?!? We try and get on once a week with my sister and dad up in St. Louis. It really helps Jackson "know" them:)

  2. I've never used Skype but I know lots who do and LOVE it! How fun to get to "meet" them though. They are so tiny! They just grow so quickly!
