Happy Friday friends! It's been a great week and a VERY busy one at that. Looking forward to a more low key weekend! This Fall has been beautiful here in Cleveland and the leaves are almost at their color peak before they begin to really Fall. I capture weekly pictures of the trees behind our home and today's pictures are absolutely beautiful.
We are so blessed to have such beautiful trees that provide vibrant Fall colors as a backdrop to our home.
Even with the gorgeous Fall we have been having, we did have a bit of a reminder from Mother Nature on Saturday that Winter is not that far behind. Sigh....those little crystals on the floor of our deck is Snow. Snow!!! So not ready....
These are clearly the favorite of this Friday if not the month. One thing I have to confess is that I ran around like crazy from store to store for a week just trying to come up with the perfect outfit and color combination. It seemed like one I figured out someone's outfit, I couldn't find a coordinating color for someone else. Now I know why I only do this every few years!!! I needed a drink once we were finally done but the end result made all of the preparation stress and chaos worth it.
One shirt that almost made the cut was this plaid chiffon top from Dillard's. I love that it looks flannel but really it's chiffon so it's really feminine, flattering and versatile. Definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe this Fall.
I am absolutely loving this blow dry lotion from Bed Head lately. Now that I am curling my hair almost daily, it holds the curls so well and give my hair some added volume and texture. I LOVE it!!! It's one of those products that you can tell an immediate difference in your hair if you forget to use it. It's funny, this product has been in my closet for years and on a whim decided to try it again. So glad I did!!!
My sweet boy wrapped up his first season with Soccer last week and I am sure it won't be his last. He absolutely loved it!! He was so cute when he received his participation medal, it was as if he had won the lottery. He was just so happy!!! Made my day seeing him so pleased with himself.
Hoping to hit the pumpkin patches this weekend for one last visit before Halloween and grab some Pumpkins for us to carve. So looking forward to roasting pumpkin seeds afterwards, this is one of my favorite traditions. Roasted pumpkin seeds are so addicting, you can never have just one!! Yummy!!
Hope you all had a great week and an amazing weekend!
