Friday Favorites

Hello friends!!  Happy Friday!  I am so excited to be sharing my first Friday Favorites post of 2017.  Did you all have a nice holiday?  It truly seemed to fly by and was thankful to have caught up on a few things with the kids back in school.  Per usual, I am linking up with Erika, Andrea and Narci and sharing with you all of my favorites this past week and looking forward to reading all about yours.  Have a great weekend!

Today I am linking up with the awesome Erika, Narci and Andrea for another Friday Favorites.  It's a fun way to recap your favorite happenings of the week!

ONE ~ 2017 Setting (and achieving) Goals!

Don't you just love this time of year?  I love the excitement of starting off the year with a clean slate and a mind full of big expectations for the upcoming year.  I know I have several goals in mind both personally and professionally and truly excited for what is to come.  I wrote a post earlier this week all about setting goals and shared a few tips on how to successfully achieve them.

TWO ~ Tunic Tops and Baseball Tees

I shared my most recent tops that I purchased on Instagram earlier this week and realized that tunic and baseball tee's are huge staples in my wardrobe these days.  At least I am consistent, right?
The plum tunic is from Jane.com and the Black and Cheetah print baseball tee is from Amazon.  I already owned the one in red and just had to have it in Black.

THREE ~ THE BACHELOR

If you have been reading my blog for awhile now, you all know I have been following The Bachelor franchise since the days of Alex Michel and Trista.  Every year, the show just seems to get better and better and this season so far is proving to be another masterpiece.

The Bachelor is pretty much the ONLY TV show I will make time for.  It's that good! If you love the Bachelor, then you need to read the recaps from Sheaffer Told Me Too blog.  She is a genius and so, so funny!  #yourwelcome

FOUR ~ EATING HEALTHIER

I have been trying to ease into eating healthier this week which I am sure a lot of you have as well.  We finally bid farewell to the endless amounts of dips and Christmas cookies that seemed to be a staple in our diet and now trying to replace them with healthier options.  When I am not in the mood for a salad, I will typically whip up a quick and easy stir fry without the rice.  It is also VERY similar to my Turkey Sausage and Noodles recipe.  My recent favorite consists of only four ingredients: olive oil,  turkey sausage, onions and peas.  It's super easy and low carb which I love.  It fills you up and is the perfect healthy option when you are just not feeling like a salad.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!!!

Xoxo,
Karen
