Friday Favorites

Hello friends!!  Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week!!

Today I am linking up with Erika, Narci and Andrea for another Friday Favorites.  It's a fun way that I like to recap a few of my favorites of the week!

ONE
This week we decided not to renew our Sam's Club membership and signed up for Costco instead.   We have heard so many great things about Costco lately that we decided to give it a try.  I am loving it so far!

I purchased this Cowboy Caviar on our first trip and I fell in love.  So yummy!!!  I have actually been using it on my salads this week instead of dressing and it's amazing.  Salads just got that more exciting!

TWO

Thursday evening was gorgeous out so we ventured off after dinner on one of our first neighborhood family walks of the Spring.  This sweet girl is SO into gymnastics lately even though she hasn't taken a class in 2 years.  I am thinking I may need to sign her up again.  #inmyfreetime

She has come home from school every day this week and immediately changed into her gymnastics outfit.  She insisted on wearing her gymnastics outfit on our walk and spent the entire time trying to perform the perfect cartwheel.  I just love being this sweet girls Mom!

THREE

Also on our walk, we discovered our neighborhood pool officially had the tarp off of it and the chairs and tables had returned.  Knowing that we are getting SO close to spending our days back at the pool is probably my biggest favorite of the week.  If you need me this Summer, you know where to find me! #bringwine

FOUR

I posted on Instagram this week that I officially busted out the white jeans.  Nothing says Summer fashion to me like a good pair of white jeans.  I personally love Old Navy's Rockstar skinnies.

FIVE

Last night we attended the official NFL Draft party of Mitch Trubisky.  He was the 2nd overall pick of the draft yesterday and played High School football right here in Mentor, Ohio.  My husband who also played football for Mentor is a HUGE football and Browns fan and thought it would be fun to attend this exciting event.  I had to agree!!  Although the Cleveland Browns didn't end up selecting him with the first pick of the draft, it was so much fun cheering him on.  The whole city has been buzzing about it all week, we wish him and his family the best of luck in the NFL!

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!!!

XOXO,

Karen

  3. Looks like our little towns both had exciting draft nights! So much more fun when you have a deeper association with the athletes. So wish we had a Costco.
