Quick and Easy Keto Crustless Breakfast Quiche



Happy Sunday friends!  I hope you are all having a great weekend.  In an effort to eat healthier and to cut out sugar, I decided to try this quick and easy keto crustless breakfast quiche


Ingredients:
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups Broccolli cooked - I use Steamfresh
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Onions (Optional)
How to Make It:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.   In a bowl, mix all ingrediants and pour into a 9 inch glass pie plate.  Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
