I have been procrastinating working out to The Firm all night. I have even given in to clean bathrooms which are probably my least favorite activity in the world. We are fortunate enough to have a gym at work, but when I can't make it or have lunch plans, The Firm really is a great alternative. I love the aerobic and strength training intervals. It really does work. Unfortunately women in their thirties start to lose muscle tone, I am hoping to get a head start and beat that statistic!!!I also love that The Firm will hopefully be a fitness alternative for me when I am not able to get to the gym because of a little one. OK, I am off to workout. No more procrastinating!
