My friend Andrea made these amazing Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins for us when Jillian was first born. They were so moist and delicious, I just had to have the recipe. Enjoy!!!

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 15 oz Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 12oz package of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

How to Make It:

1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

2. Beat Eggs and Sugar.

3. Mix in the Dry Ingredients.

4. Mix thouroughly - I just used a large spoon.

5. Spray Muffin Tins with Pam.

6. Fill each section 3/4 full.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Makes 24 Muffins.

  1. I saw that picture and was wondering if those were "Andrea's Muffins" LOL! She made those for us when brooke was born, too, and I HAD to have the recipe. They are SO delicious, but I haven't made them myself yet! I know I would eat all of them myself in one serving...

  2. These look delicious! I think you might be missing the flour in your list of ingredients though.

  3. Thanks for the catch Erin! I added in the flour!

  4. Nom nom nom...These remind me of some pumpkin brownies I had on Thanksgiving. Will give these a try. Thanks!

  5. I love muffins! It seems to be one of the only things my kids love to eat for breakfast....soooo I'll be trying this very soon!

  6. I make a version of these that my family, friends and I absolutely love! So simple, yet so yummy.
